I could not be happier with my experience with Square Footage Maintenance and Remodeling! What started as a simple estimate late in the afternoon, turned into a full demo the next morning. Not only were they able to fit me into the schedule quickly, but they also prioritized my project when additional structural safety issues were discovered. They were honest and straightforward with the additional labor and materials that would be needed in order to complete the job. Their main focus was the safety of my family and they stayed late into the night making sure my home was safe and secure before leaving. Tommy stopped by several times each day during the whole process, always explaining what was happening that day so I knew what to expect. Tommy and his crew were great! We had a screened in porch that needed re-screening (general repairs/remodeling) and painting. Their work was very clean and they made sure it was right. Part way through we decided that adding some lattice on the bottom would solve a previous problem and they were very flexible and took care it of. Very pleased with the result!
Prior to the porch work, Tommy power washed the porch, siding and even the sidewalk around to the parking pad. What a difference that made!
We also needed an under the sink water filtration system installed and again their workman did an excellent job, verifying no leaks and that it was completed to our satisfaction.
Finally there was a need to repair and adjust the door weather stripping for the exits in the house. Again this was taken care of and all with a smile!
I would hire this company again in a heartbeat!

Amanda and Amy replaced rotted wood on our large shed with covered patio areas, then painted the shed and stained the rafters and posts on the patio covers. They also sealed areas on the metal roof to prevent water damage. They did an excellent job. We highly recommend Amanda and Amy!

My experience with Square Footage Remodeling was amazing. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable and allow the customer to have creative involvement, while guiding them with the experience of a professional of over 20 years in the field. I had molding added to my kitchen, living and dinning areas, my oven encased, painting throughout the whole house, entire bathroom remodels, new lighting, as well as some much needed plumbing work done. I believe if you need it created, built, or replaced that they can get it done. The work is executed in a pristine and timely fashion. They are transparent and communicate the process very well.
